Working with TRT (Tim, Penni, Marshall, and Austin) was easy and painless. I have worked in residential and commercial construction, in my younger days, and still do most of my own remodeling work. The work TRT did for me was on time, on budget, and of high quality. I would recommend them to anyone with no qualms.

House remodel
My house is one of the first models in The Woodlands. Texas Remodel Team is an excellent contractor. I had never remodeled before, and they guided me through the entire design process. Kendall, in particular, was fantastic. She did a wonderful job and was very patient, especially considering I wanted to review everything before making a decision. She was also very conscientious about staying within budget. My project manager, Marshall, was incredibly attentive to details and followed through on each task performed. I couldn’t say enough about his dedication. I recently moved back in and am enjoying every bit of the newly remodeled house. Thanks Texas Remodel Team!!
New floors and fireplace upgrade
We received a recommendation from a former employee of Texas Remodel Team and began our first project with them. We had our downstairs floors replaced with LVP and had our fireplace remodeled with a hearth built from ground level. Kendall did a great job designing and coordinating colors and materials. Marshall was our project manager who was very professional and responsive during the whole project. We were pleased with the quality and work ethic from the fireplace craftsmen to the brothers demoing and installing floors and Joe the Plumber. We were extremely pleased with the outcome of this project and will definitely have more projects for Tim and his company in the future.
Excellent Quality, Communication, and Timeliness
So many positive things to say about the Texas Remodel Team. Communication with Penni and Austin was effortless. Any questions were immediately answered in a way that made us feel like a friend of the family. I've been in residential construction for over 20 years and know the quality of the materials and workmanship Texas Remodel Team provided on our siding replacement. In every way, our home is now more structurally sound and aesthetically pleasing. Scheduling was professionally done with the work was completed in a timely manner. Amazing Work!
Installed all new windows in my house. Quoting was an easy process. Sales person Richard was not pushy and very helpful! Everyone in the company was quick to respond and very pleasant to work with. The day of, they showed up promptly. Were all very polite, efficient and cleaned up everything! Final product was more than I could have expected. Will def use again!
Guest bathroom remodel
From start to finish, Texas Remodel Team made this remodeling experience easy. Tim Fox is personable and professional - straightforward and great to work with. The project foreman - Rich - was here throughout - checking in - and was prompt and personable when returning texts. The Texas Remodel Team's group of craftsmen is amazing - they are pros, and it shows. Tim and staff hire the best master craftsmen. We chatted briefly with everyone who was in and out of our home - and again - personable and so professional.
